>where are you located
>what are the environmental conditions at the moment (rainy?hot/dry?moist?)
>How old is this bird and the breed?
What is his diet? Does he free range?
>Is there any stagnant water he can get to (has it rained recently and perhaps a puddle/pond)
>Is there a compost heap he has access to?
>How old is the feed you are currently giving?
Check around the area he has access to and check for any forgotten grains of feed or wet areas.
>What are you using for bedding?
